Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of transformative technology projects in Corporate Technology, focusing on AI/ML initiatives
• Ensure all projects comply with JP Morgan Chase's AIML governance policies and financial regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, data scientists, and compliance officers to define project scopes and timelines
• Manage project risks, budgets, and resources while mitigating potential impacts on business operations
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
• Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders on project progress and outcomes
• Oversee integration of AI/ML solutions into core banking systems, ensuring scalability and security
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and enhance future governance practices
• Mentor junior project managers and promote best practices in technical program delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within technology or financial services environments
• Proven track record of leading complex technical projects involving AI/ML implementations
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and governance frameworks in the financial sector, including data privacy laws like GDPR
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification

• Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) in a relevant field
