Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects aimed at enhancing JP Morgan Chase's digital banking platforms and risk management systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, data scientists, and compliance experts to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure adherence to financial industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle
• Utilize analytical skills to identify bottlenecks, optimize resource allocation, and drive high-impact results in areas like trading systems or customer data platforms
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, manage project budgets, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to align with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in project management within the financial services industry, with a focus on technology initiatives
• Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from inception to delivery in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of financial regulations such as GDPR, SOX, and Basel III, and their impact on tech projects
• Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban frameworks
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification
