Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic objectives in the financial services sector
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define project scopes, timelines, and resource needs for initiatives like digital banking platforms or cybersecurity enhancements
• Manage project risks, budgets, and dependencies while adhering to regulatory compliance in a high-stakes banking environment
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to drive efficient software development and deployment
• Monitor project progress using KPIs and metrics, providing regular status updates to senior leadership at JP Morgan Chase
• Coordinate with global teams in Buenos Aires and other locations to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions across regions
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery velocity and quality in FinTech projects
• Ensure all projects meet security standards and data privacy requirements specific to financial institutions
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the development of best practices within the Technical Program Delivery team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management within technology or financial services environments
• Proven track record of managing complex technical projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure in a banking context
• Experience with risk management, compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX), and regulatory requirements in financial services
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification
• Experience in financial technology (FinTech) projects, including payments, trading systems, or risk analytics
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud in enterprise settings
