Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project risks, budgets, and dependencies while adhering to regulatory compliance in a high-stakes banking environment
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to drive efficient software development and deployment
  • Monitor project progress using KPIs and metrics, providing regular status updates to senior leadership at JP Morgan Chase
  • Coordinate with global teams in Buenos Aires and other locations to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions across regions
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery velocity and quality in FinTech projects

Required Qualifications
