Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals in digital transformation
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define project scopes, timelines, and resource needs in the financial services domain
• Manage project risks, budgets, and dependencies while adhering to regulatory standards in Singapore's banking sector
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement in development processes for high-impact tech initiatives
• Communicate project status, challenges, and outcomes to senior stakeholders and executives at JP Morgan Chase
• Oversee integration of new technologies such as cloud platforms and automation tools into core banking systems
• Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of innovation within the Technical Program Delivery team
• Ensure compliance with data privacy laws (e.g., PDPA) and internal JP Morgan policies during project execution
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and optimize future tech deliveries in the APAC region

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management within technology or financial services environments
• Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from inception to delivery
• Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies, with certifications such as PMP, CSM, or equivalent
• Experience in financial services, particularly in banking or capital markets, with knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., MAS guidelines in Singapore)
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a global organization
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on risk management in tech initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) in a relevant field
• Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices in financial systems
• Prior work at a major financial institution, ideally in Asia-Pacific markets
