  • Source, screen, and interview top-tier cybersecurity talent using innovative sourcing strategies tailored to the financial services sector
  • Partner with hiring managers in JP Morgan Chase's cybersecurity teams to understand technical requirements and build talent pipelines
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate engagement to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless experience aligned with our 30-day onboarding commitment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote employer branding and attract diverse candidates for roles in risk management and data protection
  • Utilize data analytics to track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes for efficiency in a regulated industry
  • Conduct market research on cybersecurity talent trends to inform strategic hiring decisions at JP Morgan Chase

Required Qualifications
