Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for client onboarding processes, including user guides, process flows, and training materials
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and compliance teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical documents
  • Create and update documentation for JP Morgan Chase's Client Onboarding and Documentation (CO&D) systems, adhering to firm-wide standards
  • Translate complex financial concepts into accessible language for diverse audiences, including clients and internal stakeholders
  • Review and edit existing documentation to align with regulatory changes and best practices in the financial services industry
  • Conduct research and interviews with subject matter experts to gather requirements for new documentation projects
  • Support training initiatives by developing e-learning modules and quick-reference guides for onboarding teams

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the financial services industry
