Key Responsibilities

  • Translate complex financial concepts, such as risk management models and trading algorithms, into accessible language for diverse audiences including internal stakeholders and clients
  • Create and edit content for digital platforms, ensuring consistency with JP Morgan's brand voice and style guidelines
  • Conduct research and interviews with subject matter experts to gather information for documentation projects

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Technical Communication, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of professional experience as a technical writer in a corporate environment, preferably in financial services
  • Proven ability to write clear, concise documentation for complex technical subjects
  • Strong understanding of financial products, regulations, and compliance standards such as GDPR and FCA guidelines
  • Experience with documentation tools like MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence
  • Excellent command of English grammar, style, and punctuation
