  • Proven track record in assessing and managing third-party outsourcing risks within EMEA regulatory frameworks
  • Strong understanding of global financial regulations including GDPR, EBA Guidelines on Outsourcing, and NIS Directive
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments for technology and cyber outsourcing arrangements
  • Professional certification such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP
  • Ability to travel within EMEA as needed for stakeholder engagements
