Key Responsibilities

• Lead the assessment and oversight of technology and cyber outsourcing risks for JP Morgan Chase's EMEA operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Collaborate with global teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies for third-party vendors in technology services
• Conduct due diligence reviews and ongoing monitoring of outsourcing arrangements, identifying potential cyber threats and vulnerabilities
• Provide expert advice to senior stakeholders on EMEA-specific regulatory requirements, including EBA outsourcing guidelines and cyber resilience standards
• Drive innovation in risk management practices by integrating emerging technologies like AI and cloud services into outsourcing frameworks
• Prepare and present risk reports to CCOR leadership, influencing strategic decisions on technology partnerships
• Facilitate training and awareness programs on outsourcing risks for EMEA teams
• Monitor and respond to evolving cyber threats impacting outsourced technology functions, coordinating incident response as needed
• Support audit and regulatory examinations related to technology outsourcing in the EMEA region

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in technology risk management, outsourcing oversight, or cyber risk in the financial services industry
• Proven track record in assessing and managing third-party outsourcing risks within EMEA regulatory frameworks
• Strong understanding of global financial regulations including GDPR, EBA Guidelines on Outsourcing, and NIS Directive
• Experience in conducting risk assessments for technology and cyber outsourcing arrangements
• Professional certification such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP
• Ability to travel within EMEA as needed for stakeholder engagements

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) in Risk Management or Cybersecurity
• Prior experience working at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
• Knowledge of JP Morgan's internal risk management frameworks and tools
• Fluency in additional EMEA languages such as French, German, or Arabic
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in technology compliance projects
