Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technology solutions for financial products and services
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that drive business decisions in risk management and client services
• Contribute to product roadmaps by gathering requirements and prioritizing features for digital banking platforms
• Support the integration of AI and machine learning models to enhance fraud detection and customer personalization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as computer science, data science, finance, or engineering
• At least 2 years of prior professional experience in technology, data, or product roles, with a career break of no more than 5 years
• Strong interest in financial services and a desire to relaunch career in a dynamic global banking environment
• Proficiency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus for the Buenos Aires location
• Eligibility to work in Argentina without sponsorship
