Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technology projects aimed at enhancing JP Morgan's digital banking platforms and client services
• Assist in data analysis and visualization tasks to derive insights for product improvements in areas like risk management and customer experience
• Contribute to product roadmap development by gathering requirements and testing features for financial products such as mobile apps and trading tools
• Participate in agile sprints, including daily stand-ups and retrospectives, to ensure timely delivery of tech initiatives
• Support the integration of emerging technologies like AI and machine learning into JP Morgan's core banking systems
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback on software usability for internal and external stakeholders
• Document processes and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions within the Technology, Data and Product teams
• Engage in mentorship sessions to rebuild technical skills and network with senior leaders in Dublin's global technology hub

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as finance, technology, data science, or business administration
• At least 2 years of prior professional experience in technology, data, product management, or related areas within the financial services industry
• A career break of 2 years or more due to personal reasons, such as family commitments, education, or other life events
• Strong interest in returning to the workforce in a technology, data, or product role at a leading global financial institution
• Eligibility to work in Ireland, with legal right to reside and work in the EU
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, as the primary language of business operations
• Commitment to a 12-month seasonal program starting in 2026, with flexibility for full-time engagement in Dublin
