Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technology solutions for financial products and services
• Analyze data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in support of JP Morgan Chase's global banking operations
• Contribute to product roadmaps by gathering requirements from stakeholders and iterating on user feedback
• Participate in agile sprints to build, test, and deploy software applications tailored to the financial industry
• Support data governance and compliance initiatives to ensure adherence to regulatory standards in the UK and EU
• Engage in mentorship sessions and training programs to rebuild technical and industry-specific skills
• Assist in optimizing digital platforms for client-facing services, such as mobile banking or trading systems
• Document processes and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the Technology, Data, and Product teams
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance to maintain high availability of critical financial infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as computer science, data science, finance, or engineering
• Prior professional experience in technology, data, product management, or financial services (typically 2+ years before career break)
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities demonstrated in previous roles
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication in a global team
• Commitment to a 12-month program with full-time availability in London
