Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers in the Glasgow Technology Hub to understand staffing needs for technology, data, and product roles across EMEA
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent in software engineering, data science, and product development
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment including screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and managing offer negotiations
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical tech positions in the financial services sector
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with JP Morgan Chase's diversity, equity, and inclusion goals
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve time-to-hire metrics
  • Engage with external networks, job boards, and universities to source passive candidates in competitive markets
  • Track recruitment KPIs and provide regular updates to leadership on hiring progress
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires in technology roles to ensure smooth integration into the team
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in fintech talent acquisition and advise on best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on technology roles
  • Proven track record in sourcing and hiring for tech positions in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of the financial services industry and its regulatory requirements
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel as needed within EMEA

Preferred Qualifications
