Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and maintain software applications supporting JP Morgan Chase's banking and investment platforms
• Analyze large datasets to derive insights that inform product decisions and risk management strategies
• Participate in agile sprints to design, code, test, and deploy features for digital banking solutions
• Support product owners in defining user requirements and creating wireframes for financial technology products
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as GDPR and RBI guidelines in all technology implementations
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environments to minimize downtime for client-facing systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
• At least 2 years of prior professional experience in technology, data, or product roles within the financial services industry
• Demonstrated career break of 2+ years due to personal reasons, such as family commitments or other life events
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or SQL
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearances and comply with JP Morgan Chase's background check requirements
• Willingness to work in a hybrid or on-site environment in India locations such as Bengaluru, Mumbai, or Hyderabad
