  • Lead the creation and execution of business continuity plans, including disaster recovery simulations and failover procedures

  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as GDPR, PCI-DSS, and Central Bank of Ireland guidelines for financial institutions
  • Experience with incident management, disaster recovery planning, and crisis response in a high-stakes environment
  • Certification in business continuity (e.g., CBCP) or IT disaster recovery (e.g., ITIL or similar)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team across international locations
