Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and execution of technology risk management programs for JP Morgan Chase's operations in Singapore and Southeast Asia
• Oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of technology risks across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital platforms
• Collaborate with senior executives, technology teams, and regional stakeholders to align risk strategies with business objectives in the financial services sector
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines and global standards
• Develop and implement risk monitoring frameworks, including key risk indicators (KRIs) and scenario-based stress testing for tech environments
• Drive initiatives to enhance resilience against cyber threats, data privacy issues, and operational disruptions in a fast-evolving tech landscape
• Mentor and build high-performing teams focused on technology risk advisory and controls
• Report on risk metrics and trends to APAC leadership and global risk committees at JP Morgan Chase
• Foster partnerships with external regulators, auditors, and technology vendors to strengthen risk posture
• Innovate risk management approaches to support JP Morgan's digital transformation in wholesale and consumer banking

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology risk management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in developing and implementing technology risk frameworks in a regulated environment
• Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements such as MAS guidelines, GDPR, and Basel III, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in technology risk assessment and mitigation across multiple countries
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity threats, IT infrastructure, and emerging technologies like cloud computing and AI in banking
• Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISA, or CISSP

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master's in Risk Management or Cybersecurity
• Experience in APAC financial markets, specifically Singapore and Southeast Asia
• Prior leadership in technology risk programs at a global financial institution
• Familiarity with JP Morgan Chase's internal risk management systems and tools
• Background in audit or compliance roles within investment banking or asset management
