  • Proven leadership experience in directing risk and compliance programs in a large-scale financial institution
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, Dodd-Frank, and OCC guidelines relevant to technology risks
  • Experience with enterprise risk management tools and frameworks like COSO or NIST
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, data governance, and IT infrastructure in banking environments
