Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and maintain software applications supporting JP Morgan Chase's core banking platforms
• Analyze large datasets to derive insights that inform product decisions and enhance risk management strategies
• Participate in agile sprints to design, code, test, and deploy features for digital banking products
• Work on data pipelines and machine learning models to improve fraud detection and customer personalization in financial services
• Contribute to product roadmaps by gathering requirements from stakeholders in investment banking and consumer finance divisions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as GDPR and SEC guidelines in all technology implementations
• Mentor junior participants in the ReEntry Program while gaining hands-on experience in JP Morgan's technology ecosystem
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing systems to enhance performance and scalability for global financial operations
• Engage in code reviews and documentation to maintain high-quality standards in software engineering practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of prior professional experience in technology, software engineering, data analysis, or product management, with a career break of no more than 2 years
• Demonstrated interest in the financial services industry and understanding of its regulatory and technological landscape
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience handling complex datasets or software development projects
• U.S. work authorization without need for sponsorship
• Commitment to a 12-week full-time program with flexibility for hybrid or on-site work in select U.S. locations
