Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the category expert for technology sourcing, designing and executing multi-year strategies aligned with JP Morgan Chase's business objectives
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for IT hardware, software, cloud infrastructure, and telecommunications services
• Lead RFx processes, contract negotiations, and vendor selection to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality deliverables
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including IT, finance, and legal teams to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance
• Monitor category performance metrics, market trends, and supplier relationships to drive continuous improvement and cost savings
• Develop and implement sourcing policies that support JP Morgan Chase's commitment to innovation and digital transformation
• Conduct spend analysis and forecasting to optimize technology procurement budgets across the organization
• Foster strategic partnerships with key technology vendors to enhance service levels and align with financial services standards
• Ensure adherence to ethical sourcing practices, including diversity supplier initiatives and data security protocols
• Report on sourcing outcomes, including savings realized and strategic value delivered to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in developing and executing multi-year sourcing strategies for technology categories
• Strong knowledge of IT sourcing, including software, hardware, cloud services, and vendor management
• Experience with contract negotiation, risk assessment, and compliance in a regulated financial environment
• Proficiency in sourcing tools and ERP systems such as SAP Ariba or Oracle Procurement
• Ability to analyze market trends and financial data to drive cost savings and value optimization

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or MBA with a focus on finance
• Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent certification
• Experience working in a global financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
• Familiarity with sustainable sourcing practices and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles
• Advanced skills in data analytics and AI-driven procurement tools
