Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects within the Technology Strategy team, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic business objectives
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across technology, finance, and operations to define project scopes, timelines, and resource needs
• Identify and resolve implementation challenges, mitigating risks in high-impact financial systems
• Drive agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming for technical teams
• Monitor project progress using tools like Jira or MS Project, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Facilitate cross-functional communication to integrate technology solutions with regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial sector
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future strategy initiatives
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the development of technology strategy roadmaps
• Ensure adherence to JP Morgan's security protocols and data governance standards in all project phases
• Support innovation efforts by evaluating emerging technologies for potential application in banking services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in technical project management within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading complex technology initiatives in a large-scale enterprise environment like banking or investment services
• Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies, with experience in hybrid project delivery frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders in high-stakes financial environments
• Experience with risk management, regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR), and financial technology implementations
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification in project management
