  • Identify and resolve delivery impediments, ensuring timely availability of hardware, software, and services

  • Manage vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and optimize costs for technology acquisitions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement, or technology sourcing within a financial services or technology environment
  • Proven track record in managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as SOX and GDPR
  • Experience with supply chain software tools and ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and forecast technology needs
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
