Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply chain strategies for technology products to support scalable delivery in JP Morgan Chase's global operations
• Collaborate with product teams to forecast technology requirements and streamline procurement processes
• Identify and resolve delivery impediments, ensuring timely availability of hardware, software, and services
• Aid in change management initiatives by assessing impacts on supply chain and implementing process improvements
• Uphold compliance with internal policies and external regulations, conducting audits and risk assessments
• Manage vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and optimize costs for technology acquisitions
• Analyze supply chain data to provide insights on efficiency and potential bottlenecks in financial technology delivery
• Support portfolio management by aligning supply chain activities with business objectives in the Product Portfolio & Delivery category
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between technology, finance, and operations teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement, or technology sourcing within a financial services or technology environment
• Proven track record in managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as SOX and GDPR
• Experience with supply chain software tools and ERP systems like SAP or Oracle
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and forecast technology needs
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP or CPIM)
• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with technology procurement for banking systems
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and their application to supply chain processes
• Prior exposure to global supply chain operations in a multinational corporation like JP Morgan Chase
