Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain operational stability of technology services supporting JP Morgan Chase's global financial applications
  • Provide first-line technical support for end-to-end infrastructure, resolving incidents related to servers, networks, and applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Buenos Aires and international offices to ensure seamless service delivery

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in IT support or technology operations within a financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of application infrastructure and end-to-end service delivery
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to interact with global teams
  • Availability for shift work, including nights and weekends, to support 24/7 operations
  • Basic knowledge of compliance standards in the financial industry, such as data security protocols
