Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between Technology Operations and support groups to ensure seamless issue resolution
  • Monitor and maintain IT systems critical to JP Morgan Chase's banking and trading operations in Argentina
  • Troubleshoot and escalate complex technical incidents affecting financial applications and data integrity
  • Collaborate with global teams to implement technology updates and patches compliant with industry regulations
  • Document support processes and contribute to knowledge bases for efficient team operations
  • Perform root cause analysis on system disruptions to prevent future occurrences in high-volume trading environments
  • Support end-users in the Buenos Aires office, including traders and operations staff, with hardware and software needs
  • Ensure adherence to security protocols and conduct regular audits of technology infrastructure
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing for business continuity in financial services
  • Assist in the onboarding of new technology tools and integrations specific to JP Morgan's ecosystem

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in technology support or operations within a financial services environment
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a high-stakes banking setting
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, with experience liaising between technical and non-technical teams
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as GDPR and local Argentine financial regulations
