Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology support or application support roles within the financial services industry

  • Strong understanding of application monitoring, incident management, and problem resolution in a high-volume trading environment
  • Experience with large-scale technology infrastructures and operational processes in banking or capital markets
