Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain the operational stability, availability, and performance of SAP BW/BPC systems to support JP Morgan Chase's financial reporting and analytics needs
  • Perform daily health checks, performance tuning, and proactive issue resolution to minimize downtime in critical banking operations
  • Handle incident tickets, conduct root cause analysis, and implement fixes for SAP BW/BPC environments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and finance stakeholders to support data extraction and reporting requirements
  • Manage SAP BW data loads, transformations, and queries to deliver accurate financial insights for risk management and decision-making

  • Provide L3 support for complex issues, escalating to vendors when necessary, and document resolutions for knowledge base

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP BW/BPC support and administration
  • Proven track record in ensuring high availability and performance of SAP environments in a financial services context
  • Strong understanding of SAP BW data modeling, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
