Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the operational stability, availability, and performance of SAP BW/BPC systems to support JP Morgan Chase's financial reporting and analytics needs
• Perform daily health checks, performance tuning, and proactive issue resolution to minimize downtime in critical banking operations
• Handle incident tickets, conduct root cause analysis, and implement fixes for SAP BW/BPC environments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and finance stakeholders to support data extraction and reporting requirements
• Manage SAP BW data loads, transformations, and queries to deliver accurate financial insights for risk management and decision-making
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements for SAP BW/BPC, testing impacts on financial services workflows
• Provide L3 support for complex issues, escalating to vendors when necessary, and document resolutions for knowledge base
• Ensure data integrity and security in SAP BW/BPC, adhering to JP Morgan Chase's cybersecurity and data governance policies
• Contribute to disaster recovery planning and execution for SAP systems to maintain business continuity in the financial sector

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP BW/BPC support and administration
• Proven track record in ensuring high availability and performance of SAP environments in a financial services context
• Strong understanding of SAP BW data modeling, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
• Experience with incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis in enterprise systems
• Familiarity with financial reporting standards and compliance requirements in banking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment with on-call rotations

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certification in BW/BPC or related modules
• Experience with SAP HANA and integration with BW/BPC
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps practices in technology support
• Prior experience in a large-scale financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
• Exposure to cloud-based SAP deployments (e.g., AWS or Azure)
