Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of application support engineers in monitoring and maintaining production systems for JP Morgan Chase's financial applications
  • Oversee incident detection, triage, and resolution to minimize downtime in trading and risk management platforms
  • Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve application issues in real-time
  • Implement and optimize monitoring tools to proactively identify potential system failures

  • Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems such as Splunk or ServiceNow
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment with on-call rotations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
