Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of technology support specialists to ensure seamless operations for credit trading platforms at JP Morgan Chase
  • Oversee the monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues in real-time trading environments
  • Collaborate with trading desks, developers, and infrastructure teams to enhance system performance and stability
  • Implement and maintain operational procedures to minimize downtime and mitigate risks in credit trading activities

  • Strong understanding of credit trading systems, including risk management tools and market data platforms
  • Experience with incident management, problem resolution, and operational stability in 24/7 trading environments
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in financial services, such as those from MAS in Singapore
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams
