Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual feature integration testing to ensure seamless functionality across JPMorgan Chase's technology platforms
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to support efficient test runs and regression testing in the SDLC
• Collaborate with development teams to identify, document, and resolve defects in financial services applications
• Execute test cases for new features, ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as SOX and GDPR
• Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide insights to improve software quality and reliability
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups, to align testing efforts with business goals
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for critical banking systems and contribute to risk mitigation strategies
• Stay updated on emerging testing technologies and best practices to enhance JPMorgan Chase's technology support processes
• Mentor junior team members on testing methodologies and tools specific to financial services
• Ensure all testing activities adhere to JPMorgan Chase's security and data privacy standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, including manual and automated testing in an SDLC environment
• Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar frameworks
• Strong understanding of financial services applications and regulatory compliance requirements
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems like Git
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in testing banking or financial transaction systems
