Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive security policies to protect JP Morgan Chase employees, assets, and operations from internal and external threats
• Lead crisis management efforts, including rapid response to security incidents and coordination with law enforcement and regulatory bodies
• Conduct thorough investigations into potential threats, such as fraud, insider threats, or workplace violence, ensuring timely resolution and documentation
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations, including those specific to financial services like anti-money laundering (AML) and data protection laws
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including cybersecurity, legal, and HR, to integrate threat management into broader risk strategies
• Monitor emerging threats through intelligence gathering and analysis, providing proactive recommendations to senior leadership
• Train and educate staff on security protocols and threat awareness to foster a culture of vigilance in the financial sector
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party security assessments to safeguard JP Morgan Chase's global infrastructure
• Prepare and present reports on threat landscapes, incident outcomes, and policy effectiveness to executive stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in threat management, security operations, or corporate security within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in developing and implementing security policies and crisis management protocols
• Experience conducting internal investigations and ensuring regulatory compliance with standards like FINRA and SEC
• Strong knowledge of threat intelligence, risk assessment, and incident response in a high-stakes financial environment
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearances and handle sensitive, confidential information

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Certified Threat Manager (CTM)
• Experience in financial institutions dealing with cyber threats, insider risks, and physical security challenges
