Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop tokenization solutions that enhance customer experiences in JP Morgan's asset management and investment banking divisions
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for tokenizing assets like real estate, securities, and alternative investments
• Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for tokenization initiatives
• Work closely with engineering, compliance, and legal teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory standards and mitigate risks in the financial services sector
• Drive user adoption by creating compelling product narratives and supporting go-to-market strategies for tokenized products
• Monitor performance metrics, gather feedback, and iterate on products to deliver scalable, secure tokenization platforms
• Partner with stakeholders to integrate tokenization with JP Morgan's broader blockchain ecosystem, including Onyx and other digital finance tools
• Contribute to thought leadership by staying abreast of industry trends in digital assets and sharing insights internally
• Facilitate workshops and demos to educate internal teams on tokenization benefits and use cases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or fintech
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, tokenization, and digital assets
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
• Proven track record of delivering customer-centric solutions in a regulated environment
• Knowledge of financial regulations such as SEC guidelines and AML/KYC requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance/Technology) or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, PMP)
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
• Hands-on experience with tokenization platforms or distributed ledger technologies (e.g., Ethereum, Corda)
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in financial product development
