Key Responsibilities

  • Process and validate trade finance transactions, including letters of credit issuance and amendments
  • Monitor working capital flows and ensure timely settlement of trade-related payments
  • Collaborate with global teams to resolve discrepancies in trade documentation and operations
  • Analyze trade data to support client reporting and portfolio management
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and anti-money laundering standards
  • Support the implementation of operational improvements and process automation initiatives
  • Handle client inquiries related to trade and working capital services
  • Contribute to daily reconciliation of trade accounts and exception management
  • Assist in preparing management reports on trade volumes and operational metrics
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance trade finance efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in trade finance, operations, or banking support roles
  • Strong understanding of trade finance products such as letters of credit, guarantees, and supply chain finance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in international trade and banking operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with trade processing systems like SWIFT or Oracle Financial Services
  • Familiarity with working capital optimization and cash management solutions
