Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage change and transformation projects focused on enhancing reconciliation processes across trade lifecycles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, technology, and compliance to implement process improvements
  • Analyze current trade lifecycle workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend optimizations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal JPMorgan Chase policies during project execution
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports and risk assessments
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and training sessions for new reconciliation systems or processes
  • Monitor project deliverables, timelines, and budgets to drive successful outcomes
  • Support post-implementation reviews to measure impact on trade operations efficiency
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of trade lifecycle management practices at JPMorgan Chase

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in trade lifecycle management, reconciliations, or operations within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of trade processing, settlement, and reconciliation workflows in banking or capital markets
  • Proficiency in financial regulations such as Dodd-Frank, EMIR, or MiFID II
  • Experience with change management and transformation projects in a financial operations environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global team environment at a leading institution like JPMorgan Chase

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) or relevant certifications like CFA or FRM
