Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end trade lifecycle processes, including trade capture, confirmation, and settlement across various asset classes
  • Oversee cash movements and funding requirements to ensure timely and accurate execution
  • Monitor and reconcile trade positions, identifying and resolving discrepancies in collaboration with front-office teams
  • Drive process improvements by analyzing workflows and implementing efficiency enhancements using technology and best practices

  • Prepare reports on trade performance, funding utilization, and operational risks for senior management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in trade lifecycle management, operations, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of cash management, funding processes, and asset handling in a banking environment
  • Proficiency in financial regulations and compliance standards relevant to trade operations
  • Experience with trade settlement systems and reconciliation processes
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and identify process inefficiencies
