Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end trade lifecycle for brokerage operations, including trade capture, validation, and execution confirmation
  • Perform daily reconciliation of trades, positions, and cash balances to ensure accuracy and mitigate operational risks
  • Collaborate with front-office trading teams, custodians, and clearing houses to resolve trade discrepancies and exceptions
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including CMA reporting and anti-money laundering (AML) protocols
  • Monitor and analyze trade data for anomalies, providing insights to improve operational efficiency
  • Support the implementation of new products or processes in the Saudi Arabian market, adapting to local brokerage needs
  • Contribute to audit processes and maintain detailed documentation of trade activities
  • Liaise with technology teams to enhance trade processing systems and automate manual workflows
  • Assist in client onboarding and ongoing support for brokerage accounts in the region

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in trade lifecycle management, operations, or brokerage support within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of trade processing, settlement, and reconciliation processes in equities, fixed income, or derivatives markets
  • Proficiency in regulatory requirements for brokerage operations in the Middle East, including Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) guidelines
  • Excellent command of English; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume trading environment with a focus on accuracy and compliance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as CFA, FRM, or relevant brokerage licenses
  • Experience with JP Morgan's internal systems or similar global banking platforms
  • Prior exposure to Islamic finance principles and Sharia-compliant products
