Your key responsibilities will include performing daily reconciliations of trade data across systems, monitoring margin calls and collateral movements, and resolving any discrepancies that arise from exchange interactions or client activities. You will work closely with middle office analysts to assess trade exposures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as those from the Monetary Authority of Singapore or Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing. Additionally, you will support settlement workflows by coordinating with custodians and payment systems, while contributing to process automation projects that leverage JP Morgan's cutting-edge technology infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

• Support daily clearing operations for futures and options trades in the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring accurate processing and risk mitigation
• Perform reconciliations between internal systems, client positions, and exchange data to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with middle office teams to monitor trade exposures, margins, and collateral requirements
• Facilitate settlement processes, including payment instructions and confirmations with counterparties and custodians
• Assist in regulatory reporting and compliance checks for clearing activities under Asia-Pacific frameworks
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Liaise with front office, technology, and global teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit trails and operational controls
• Monitor market events and their impact on clearing workflows, escalating risks as needed
• Support ad-hoc projects related to new product launches or system migrations in futures & options clearing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in clearing operations, middle office, or settlement within financial services, preferably in derivatives or futures & options
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle processes in futures and options markets, including clearing and reconciliation
• Proficiency in financial regulations and compliance standards relevant to Asia-Pacific markets
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to handle complex data and resolve discrepancies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with tight deadlines
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional Asian languages is advantageous

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a global financial institution, ideally with exposure to JP Morgan Chase operations
• Familiarity with clearing systems such as CME ClearPort or LCH.Clearnet
• Certification in financial operations, such as the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) or equivalent
• Prior involvement in Asia-specific clearing for futures and options products
• Demonstrated project management experience in operational enhancements
