Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily cash movements and funding activities across various asset classes to ensure timely settlements
  • Monitor and reconcile trade positions, identifying and resolving discrepancies in collaboration with trading teams
  • Drive process improvements by analyzing workflows and implementing automation solutions to enhance efficiency
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including traders, operations, and compliance teams, to support end-to-end trade lifecycle
  • Prepare and analyze reports on trade performance, funding utilization, and operational metrics for senior management
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal controls while mitigating operational risks
  • Support ad-hoc projects related to system enhancements or new product launches in asset management
  • Handle exception processing for failed trades or funding shortfalls, escalating issues as needed
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and knowledge sharing within the trade lifecycle team

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in financial services, trade operations, or asset management
  • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle processes, including settlement, funding, and cash management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial industry, such as SEC and FINRA guidelines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy
  • U.S. work authorization without need for sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with trade settlement systems like DTCC or SWIFT
  • Familiarity with JPMorgan Chase's internal tools and platforms
  • Certification in financial operations, such as Series 99 or equivalent
