Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of reconciliation specialists to perform daily and monthly trade reconciliations for private banking accounts
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in trade data, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Drive operational excellence by implementing process improvements and automation initiatives
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders, including front office, middle office, and compliance teams at JP Morgan Chase
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on reconciliation metrics to senior management
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal controls in trade lifecycle management
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices in reconciliations and risk management
  • Analyze complex trade scenarios to mitigate operational risks in private banking
  • Support audit processes and contribute to the development of reconciliation policies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in trade reconciliations, operations, or financial services
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams within a banking or financial environment
  • Strong understanding of private banking account processes and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in reconciliation tools and financial software
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for resolving discrepancies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certification such as CFA, CPA, or FRM
