Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end fee billing lifecycle for trade-related activities, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely collections
  • Collaborate with front-office, middle-office, and back-office teams to validate trade data and fee calculations
  • Perform daily reconciliations of fee accruals against trade confirmations and settlements
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in fee billing, escalating complex issues to senior management
  • Support regulatory reporting requirements for trade lifecycle events, adhering to JPMorgan's compliance standards
  • Contribute to process optimization projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and reducing manual interventions
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for fee billing accuracy and turnaround times
  • Assist in client queries and disputes related to fee charges, providing detailed explanations and resolutions
  • Participate in system testing and implementation of new tools for trade lifecycle management
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and risk management protocols in all fee-related activities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in trade lifecycle management, fee billing, or operations within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of trade processing, settlement, and fee calculation methodologies
  • Proficiency in financial regulations such as MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, and EMIR
  • Experience with reconciliation processes and error resolution in a high-volume trading environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting with attention to detail
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus for global operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) or relevant certifications like CFA or FRM
  • Prior experience at a major investment bank like JPMorgan Chase
