Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end trade lifecycle for custody operations, including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, and reporting for global clients
  • Perform daily reconciliations of trade data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Provide oversight and support for trade exceptions, breaks, and resolutions in coordination with front-office and client teams
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement process improvements and automate reconciliation workflows
  • Monitor regulatory compliance and report on key risk indicators related to trade activities
  • Liaise with global clients to address inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and enhance service delivery
  • Contribute to audit processes and ensure adherence to JP Morgan's operational risk management standards
  • Analyze trade data trends to identify potential issues and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Support system enhancements and testing for new trade lifecycle tools within JP Morgan's ecosystem

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in trade lifecycle management, custody operations, or financial services reconciliation
  • Strong understanding of global financial markets, trade settlement processes, and regulatory requirements such as Dodd-Frank, EMIR, or MiFID II
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools used in custody operations
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to handle complex data reconciliations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with global clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) or relevant certifications like CFA or FRM
  • Experience in custody operations at a major investment bank or asset manager
