As a Senior Associate, you will act as the primary operational contact, ensuring that trades are supported, reconciled, and controlled with precision to minimize risks and maximize efficiency in a high-volume, multi-asset environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing the end-to-end trade lifecycle, from trade capture and validation to settlement and reporting. You will collaborate closely with trading desks, risk teams, and external custodians to resolve discrepancies, implement controls, and leverage technology for process optimization. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for trade support, ensuring seamless execution and settlement of cash equity and derivative trades across global markets
• Perform daily reconciliations of trade data between internal systems and external counterparties to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Implement and maintain robust control mechanisms to mitigate operational risks in trade lifecycle processes
• Collaborate with front-office trading teams, middle-office risk managers, and back-office settlement groups to support end-to-end trade workflows
• Monitor trade exceptions, investigate root causes, and escalate issues to senior management as needed
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency in JP Morgan's Corporate & Investment Bank operations
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including reporting on trade activities in Metro Manila hub
• Provide training and guidance to junior associates on trade support best practices
• Analyze trade data trends to support strategic decision-making and risk assessment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in trade operations, reconciliation, or support within financial services, preferably in cash equities or derivatives
• Strong understanding of global financial markets, including equity and derivative instruments
• Proficiency in trade lifecycle processes from execution to settlement
• Experience with reconciliation tools and control frameworks in a high-volume trading environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global team setting across multiple time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications such as CFA, FRM, or relevant trade operations qualifications
• Prior experience at a major investment bank like JP Morgan Chase
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in APAC markets, including SEC and BSP guidelines
• Familiarity with automation tools for trade processing and data analytics

Required Skills

• Trade reconciliation and exception management
