Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end trade lifecycle processes, including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation across various asset classes
  • Oversee cash movements and funding operations to ensure timely and accurate liquidity for trading activities
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks in trade support
  • Collaborate with front office, middle office, and compliance teams to resolve trade discrepancies and exceptions
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to trade settlement and funding metrics
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal JPMorgan Chase policies in all trade activities
  • Support the integration of new products or markets into existing trade lifecycle frameworks
  • Conduct root cause analysis on trade failures and develop mitigation strategies
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of junior team members on trade lifecycle best practices
  • Contribute to the development of automated workflows using JPMorgan's technology stack

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in trade lifecycle management, operations, or a similar role within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of cash management, funding processes, and asset reconciliation in a banking environment
  • Proficiency in financial regulations and compliance standards such as Dodd-Frank, Basel III, or SEC guidelines
  • Experience with trade settlement systems and processes in equities, fixed income, or derivatives
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and identify process inefficiencies
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) or relevant certifications like CFA or FRM
