Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and resolve trade inquiries from front-office traders and clients in real-time to ensure seamless execution
  • Perform daily trade reconciliations across multiple systems and identify discrepancies for resolution
  • Collaborate with global teams to support trading operations across various asset classes including equities, fixed income, and derivatives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal JP Morgan Chase policies during trade processing
  • Analyze trade data to provide insights and support risk management initiatives
  • Handle exception processing and escalate issues to senior management when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of trade support activities and generate reports for operational reviews
  • Assist in process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance trading efficiency
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on trade support best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in trade support, operations, or a similar role within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, trading instruments, and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in trade lifecycle processes and reconciliation procedures
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to handle complex data and resolve discrepancies
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with global trading desks or in a multinational financial institution
