Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the end-to-end trade lifecycle for Global Stock Borrow Loan trading desks, including trade capture, confirmation, and settlement
  • Collaborate with global counterparties to resolve trade discrepancies and ensure accurate booking in JPMorgan Chase's systems
  • Monitor and reconcile daily trade positions, breaks, and fails to minimize operational risks
  • Provide real-time support to traders by investigating and escalating issues related to trade execution and margin requirements
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management protocols in securities lending activities
  • Analyze trade data to identify process improvements and contribute to automation initiatives within the Trading Services team
  • Liaise with middle office, back office, and technology teams to support system enhancements and reporting needs
  • Prepare and distribute trade reports, including performance metrics and exposure analysis for senior management
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects, such as onboarding new counterparties or implementing new trading protocols
  • Maintain accurate documentation of trade support activities and contribute to audit readiness

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in trade support, operations, or a related role within financial services
  • Strong understanding of the securities lending and borrowing lifecycle, including stock loan trades
  • Proficiency in trade reconciliation, settlement processes, and regulatory compliance in global markets
  • Experience working with trading desks and counterparties in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to JPMorgan Chase's ethical standards
  • U.S. work authorization without need for sponsorship

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) or relevant certifications like CFA Level 1
