Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily trade support for front-office trading activities, ensuring accurate booking and confirmation of trades
  • Monitor and resolve trade breaks, discrepancies, and exceptions in collaboration with trading desks and operations teams
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders including traders, middle office, and compliance to facilitate smooth trade execution
  • Perform quality checks on trade data and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
  • Assist in the reconciliation of positions, P&L, and cash flows across multiple asset classes
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
  • Support ad-hoc projects related to system enhancements or new product launches
  • Generate reports and provide analytical insights to support risk management and decision-making
  • Ensure timely settlement of trades and manage any operational risks associated with trading activities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in trade support, operations, or a similar role within financial services
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, derivatives, and trading instruments
  • Proficiency in trade lifecycle management and regulatory requirements such as MiFID II and EMIR
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to handle complex data and resolve discrepancies
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as French or German are advantageous

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a global investment bank like JP Morgan Chase
  • Knowledge of JPMorgan's internal systems such as various trading platforms and risk management tools
  • Relevant certifications like CFA Level 1 or FRM
