Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the booking, confirmation, and settlement of global derivatives trades across multiple asset classes
  • Monitor and reconcile trading positions to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely support to front office traders and relationship managers
  • Investigate and resolve trade breaks, discrepancies, and operational issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with clearing houses, counterparties, and internal teams to facilitate smooth trade execution
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory reporting requirements and contribute to audit processes
  • Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Analyze trade data to identify potential risks and escalate issues as necessary
  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients and products within the trading services framework
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for all trade support activities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in trade support, clearing, or operations within financial services
  • Strong understanding of derivatives markets, including options, futures, and swaps
  • Proficiency in trade lifecycle management and regulatory requirements such as Dodd-Frank or EMIR
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with global derivatives clearing at a major financial institution
