Key Responsibilities

  • Process and validate trade transactions, including letters of credit, guarantees, and documentary collections for global clients
  • Monitor and manage working capital solutions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies in trade documentation and escalate complex issues
  • Perform quality checks and reconciliations on specialty product transactions during APAC shift hours
  • Support client inquiries related to trade finance products, providing timely and accurate responses
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies in trade operations
  • Ensure adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards
  • Analyze transaction data to identify potential risks and opportunities in working capital management
  • Assist in training and onboarding new team members on specialty product procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports on trade activity for senior management review

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade finance operations or working capital management
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, including UCP 600 and ISBP
  • Proficiency in processing complex trade transactions for global clients
  • Experience working in a shift-based environment, particularly APAC time zone
  • Ability to handle high-volume transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Mandarin or Japanese are advantageous

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certification in trade finance (e.g., Certified Trade Finance Professional - CTFP)
  • Prior experience with JP Morgan Chase systems or similar banking platforms
