Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of client solutions strategies for trade finance, working capital management, and payment optimization, tailoring offerings to meet the unique needs of corporate clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product, risk, and technology groups, to design innovative payment solutions that enhance client efficiency and reduce costs
  • Engage directly with senior client executives to identify pain points in their treasury operations and present customized JP Morgan Chase solutions, driving revenue growth through new business opportunities
  • Analyze market trends and regulatory changes in global payments to advise clients on best practices and ensure compliance with international standards
  • Oversee the implementation of payment platforms and working capital tools, ensuring seamless integration with clients' existing systems
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the broader Client Solutions team by sharing expertise on trade and payments
  • Monitor client portfolios to proactively address evolving needs, such as supply chain financing or real-time treasury reporting
  • Represent JP Morgan Chase at industry conferences and client events to build relationships and promote our leadership in payments innovation
  • Conduct financial impact assessments of proposed solutions to demonstrate ROI and support client decision-making

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in payments, trade finance, or working capital solutions within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in client-facing roles, particularly in developing and executing strategies for corporate clients in treasury and cash management
  • Deep knowledge of global payment systems, trade finance products, and working capital optimization tools
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in cross-border payments and compliance standards such as SWIFT, ISO 20022, and anti-money laundering (AML) protocols
  • Experience with data analytics and financial modeling to assess client needs and propose tailored solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • CFA, CPA, or FRM certification
  • Prior experience at a tier-1 investment bank like JP Morgan Chase or similar institution
