Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full product lifecycle for Supply Chain Finance solutions, from market analysis and ideation to launch and ongoing optimization
• Mentor and develop junior product managers and cross-functional teams to foster innovation in trade and working capital products
• Manage system migrations and integrations, ensuring seamless transitions for clients using JP Morgan's treasury and supply chain platforms
• Collaborate with sales, risk, compliance, and technology teams to deliver client-centric solutions that enhance working capital efficiency
• Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities to innovate in areas like digital trade finance and sustainable supply chain financing
• Drive product strategy aligned with JP Morgan's Corporate & Investment Bank goals, focusing on revenue growth and client retention
• Monitor product performance metrics, including adoption rates, ROI, and client feedback, to iterate and improve offerings
• Ensure all products comply with global regulatory standards and internal JP Morgan risk management frameworks
• Represent the product in client meetings, industry forums, and internal steering committees to advocate for supply chain finance advancements
• Foster partnerships with external vendors and fintech collaborators to integrate cutting-edge technologies into JP Morgan's ecosystem

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in product management, supply chain finance, or trade finance within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading product lifecycle management from ideation to implementation in a banking environment
• Strong understanding of supply chain finance products, including working capital solutions, trade finance instruments, and regulatory compliance (e.g., Basel III, Dodd-Frank)
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder collaboration in a global financial institution
• Demonstrated ability to drive migrations and integrations of financial systems, such as treasury management or ERP platforms
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and risk assessment for supply chain solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar, with focus on corporate banking or commercial lending
• Knowledge of emerging technologies like blockchain, AI, or digital platforms in trade finance
• Certification in product management (e.g., PMP, Certified Scrum Product Owner) or finance (e.g., CFA)
• International experience in supply chain finance across multiple regions, including APAC and EMEA
