Key Responsibilities

  • Execute client orders across various asset classes including equities, bonds, derivatives, and FX with precision and efficiency
  • Monitor market conditions and provide real-time execution strategies to optimize trade outcomes for private banking clients
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers and advisors to ensure seamless trade implementation aligned with client objectives
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and best execution practices in the EMEA region
  • Analyze trade data to identify opportunities for process improvements and risk mitigation
  • Liaise with internal teams such as compliance, operations, and technology to resolve trade-related issues
  • Maintain accurate records of all trading activities and generate reports for client and internal review
  • Support the development of trading desk tools and workflows to enhance operational efficiency
  • Contribute to risk assessment and management during volatile market conditions
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on market trends and J.P. Morgan initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in trading execution, financial markets, or a similar role within the banking sector
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and foreign exchange
  • Proficiency in trading platforms and market data systems such as Bloomberg, Reuters, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the EMEA region, including MiFID II and EMIR
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as French, German, or Luxembourgish are advantageous
  • Eligibility to work in Luxembourg with relevant work permits if applicable
