Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end trade lifecycle for global securities transactions, including order capture, execution, confirmation, and settlement
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of trades to minimize operational risks and comply with internal controls at JP Morgan Chase
  • Collaborate with trading desks, operations teams, and clients to resolve discrepancies and facilitate smooth transaction flows
  • Monitor and report on trade-related risks, including settlement fails, margin requirements, and regulatory compliance
  • Utilize JP Morgan's proprietary systems to reconcile trades and maintain accurate records in a high-volume environment
  • Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency in the Trade Lifecycle team
  • Provide support for ad-hoc queries from clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring a client-focused approach
  • Contribute to daily reconciliations and month-end reporting for securities trading activities
  • Stay updated on market changes and regulatory updates impacting global trading operations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in trade lifecycle management, securities trading, or a similar role within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of global securities markets, trading processes, and regulatory requirements such as SEC and FINRA rules
  • Proficiency in trade confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume trading environment with a focus on accuracy and risk mitigation
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar
  • Knowledge of JPMorgan's internal trading systems and platforms such as WSO or Aladdin
  • Familiarity with derivatives, fixed income, or equity trading lifecycles
