Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily trade execution processes, ensuring accuracy and timely settlement of trades across various asset classes
  • Monitor and analyze trading activities to identify and mitigate operational risks in compliance with JP Morgan's standards
  • Collaborate with trading teams to implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce errors
  • Perform reconciliation of trade data, resolving discrepancies and maintaining accurate records in JP Morgan's proprietary systems
  • Assist in regulatory reporting and ensure adherence to local and global financial regulations, including those from the CNV in Argentina
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews on trade documentation and workflows to uphold high operational standards
  • Provide analytical support for trading performance metrics and contribute to monthly reporting for senior management
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as compliance and technology teams, to resolve trade-related issues
  • Participate in the testing and rollout of new trading tools or system enhancements within the JP Morgan ecosystem

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in trading operations, financial services, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, trade execution processes, and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
  • Excellent command of English; Spanish proficiency is a plus for local operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with attention to detail
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA Level 1 or equivalent in financial analysis
